Self Check-In: The Host will provide the front door and garage access codes one day before check-in.
Parking:

We encourage guests to park inside the dedicated garage for convenience.

Please enter the driveway and park in our dedicated garage space.

For Tesla & EV Owners: Complimentary Tesla charging is available inside the garage for your convenience.

Street parking is also available if needed. Please drive slowly downhill, as the road is a bit narrow. Avoid blocking any driveways or walkways. Be mindful of the neighbors' plants on both sides of the driveway.
BEFORE YOU GO
Preparing for Check-Out:

Clean and put away all dishes.

Remove all trash and place it in the bins located inside the shed outside.

Place used towels and sheets in the washing machine and start a load.
-
Turn off all lights, stove, and ACs.
-
Return remotes on the kitchen counter.
Securing the Property:

Close and lock all windows and doors, and leave the key inside the combo box.

Ensure the front door is securely locked.
Check-Out Confirmation:

Send us a message through the Airbnb app to confirm you have checked out.
HOUSE RULES

No Additional Guests/Visitors: If more than 10 guests are on site, your reservation may be canceled without a refund. No exceptions.

No Smoking: No smoking inside (including marijuana and vapes) , subject to a $500 fee. No smoking on the street or nearby areas due to community ordinances; fines up to $1000.

No Parties/Events: No parties or events, subject to a $500 fee.

Noise: Respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM-8:00 AM.

Security: The front door and exterior are monitored to comply with neighborhood requirements.

Pets: Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please contact us if you bring pets.

Care: Treat the house as if it were your own.

Children: Inform children not to touch the hot gas fireplace.

Additional foldable dining tables and chairs: Located in the garage.

Extra bedding and pillows: Located in the master bedroom closet and dresser.

First Aid Kit: Located in the last kitchen cabinet next to the dining table.

Router: Located inside the console next to the dining table.

Coasters: Located in the dining room console.

Board games: Located in the living room console.

Garbage: The cleaning crew will bring the garbage cans to the street on garbage day and bring it back once it's been cleared.
